A Word for
Seekers…
What if I Don’t Consider Myself A Christian?
You may be visiting this site because a friend or family member shared it with you, or you stumbled across it in some other fashion and you’re noticing a lot of Christian lingo floating around.
First, welcome!
So glad you found this site and we earnestly hope it can be a resource and a form of encouragement to you. You don’t have to be a Christian or subscribe to any particular religious ideology to take advantage of the resources we share here.
We will be very upfront about our orientation as Christ followers, and that this is the perspective that is behind the material and reflections that we post here. We hope that you can take that with a grain of salt, and know that if you are in the midst of caring for somebody with cognitive decline or severe health issues, we certainly have you in our hearts. It’s a heavy burden and a challenging road, and we would love to be your friends in that journey.
If you need a quick glossary for any of that lingo mentioned above, check out https://enterthebible.org/biblical-terms for fast and friendly definitions (good for church-goers and non alike)
If you are interested in investigating more about what in the world Christians actually believe in a non-pushy, non-threatening way, we’d humbly recommend checking out an alpha course near you: https://alpha.org/
